Window Mistreatment!

(click on the picture to enlarge)

The Nester is having a window mistreatment get together over on her blog! So here is a picture of my latest mistreatment that I did for a friend. She picked out this beautiful remnant fabric that we purchased for $16 and there was enough to do 3 windows! (you can't tell very well but the fabric is a blue/green with a gold diamond pattern)

We used decorative tacs and NO sewing to come up with this cute little curtain in her master bathroom. My friend liked the fringed look that the raw edge made on the fabric so we featured that on purpose. Basically we doubled the fabric and used a tac at equal spaces across the top of the window to secure it and then pulled and tucked the fabric the way we wanted it to lay.

If you haven't heard of a mistreatment check the Nester's blog out. It is one of my favorites! :)
